There’s absolutely nothing we don’t love about the idea of a fairytale romance. The mushy feeling and the innate sense of happiness, being in love is priceless. And one couple who make us feel all the mush are Samantha Akkineni and Naga Chaitanya. The duo made their debut into Tollywood together and have been wowing the audience since then. Apart from their on-screen chemistry, Sam and Chay are too cute for words. While we still can’t get enough of how romantic their wedding was, it’s already been two years since they said I Do.
After ringing in Chay’s birthday in Goa, the duo have taken off to Singapore for a short trip. From Sam getting her brows done to walking around the city, the lovebirds have been enjoying their time off. Earlier today, the stunner went on to share a snap from their lunch date and we can’t wait to see the Majili pair reunite.
While Chay looked like his usual dapper self, Sam looked stunning in a white blouse that she teamed with black skinny leather pants and pointy heels.
In an earlier interaction with Rajeev Masand, Sam had opened up about sharing screen space with Chay and how he’s changed as an actor. She said, “Very different, my husband, Chaitanya is a lot more focused and a lot more responsible I got that feeling this time. I didn’t care last time and Majili I was an obsessive mother. I saw a responsible actor this time.” Speaking about the numerous fan pages and social media pages dedicated to the cuties, “I don’t know if I give that too much thought. I think as an actor you tend not to take things seriously, good or bad.” She adds, “every year there is a bucket list and we love travelling together.”
On the work front, Samantha has wrapped up the shoot for the Telugu remake of 96 which is titled as Janu. She will be teaming up with Shwaranand in the film. On the other hand, Chay has taken everyone by a storm with his phenomenal role in the teaser of Venky Mama. Seen as Captain Karthik, Venky Mama also stars Prakash Raj and Venkatesh. He will also be teaming up with his father Nagarjuna for an untitled project.
